Is the $50 payment recurring?

No. The $50 price is a one-time purchase for lifetime access.

Where do I find my access code after I buy?

Look for a receipt email from The Producer Pack at the email address you used at checkout. Your access code is the license key inside that receipt. Copy it and activate with the same checkout email.

Does it work on iPhone, Android and desktop?

Yes. It runs in a modern web browser and can be added to your phone's home screen as an installable web app.

Does The Producer Pack save my work?

Yes. Changes save automatically on the device you are using. When Cloud Backup is enabled and you are online, your projects can also synchronize to your cloud account.

Do I still need to export a project backup?

Yes. Cloud Backup adds an important recovery layer, but you should also export a Project Backup regularly and save it somewhere safe.

What happens if I get a new phone or computer?

Activate The Producer Pack, reconnect Cloud Backup with the same purchase email, and your synced projects can be restored. You can also restore a manual backup using Import Project.
